What exactly do you handle?
We provide end-to-end management: listing setup and professional photography, multi-channel distribution (major OTAs and our website), dynamic pricing and calendar management, guest screening and communication, 24/7 support, check-in/check-out coordination, housekeeping and linen service, maintenance scheduling, supplies restocking, and monthly financial reconciliation.
How will you market my property?
We publish on leading booking channels and our direct site, optimize titles and descriptions, apply dynamic pricing by season and demand, and run targeted campaigns where appropriate. We also invest in SEO and high-quality visuals (photos/video, floor plans) to boost visibility and conversion.
When and how do I get paid? Will I receive a revenue report?
You receive a monthly owner statement detailing nights sold, rates, fees, and expenses. Payouts are transferred to your designated bank account (or another agreed method). On-demand statements are available upon request.
I want to book a villa. Are there any additional charges?
Any fees (accommodation tax, pool heating, extra guests, late check-in) are shown before payment on the property page. We don’t apply hidden fees; on-request services are clearly itemized and priced.
Who handles cleaning, maintenance, and damages?
Our vetted partners follow a defined housekeeping and maintenance checklist. After each stay we conduct inspections, document any issues with photos/videos, coordinate repairs, and-when applicable-process claims against deposits or platform damage programs. We notify you before any non-urgent work.
Is cleaning provided during the stay? Linen changes?
Final cleaning is included. Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes are available on request and may incur a per-visit fee.
Children and infants - what do you provide?
Most homes are family-friendly. On request we can provide a travel cot and high chair (subject to availability). Please ask at booking so we can confirm. A small fee or refundable deposit may apply, depending on the property.
Do you offer parking and airport transfer options?
Parking options (private, on-street, or municipal) are listed on each property page. We can arrange a private airport transfer or provide public transport directions after your booking.
